Here’s an easy way to grill chicken for a different flavor.
Grilled Peanut Chicken
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 lbs chicken leg
1 large ( or 2 medium) sweet onion (cut in 4 pieces)
2 tsps salt
2 tsps seasoned salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1-2 cookspoon cooking oil
1 cookspoon peanut butter
hot pepper (chopped, to taste) 1 chicken soup
Here’s what you do:
Wash and season your chicken with salt, black pepper, and seasoned salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes for the season to go through it.
Chop together in blender: Onion, hot pepper, and 1 chicken soup. Mix with peanut butter.
Add cooking oil to chicken, making sure to coat it well. You want a light coating of oil to seal in the juices and prevent drying.
Spread onion/pepper mixture over oiled chicken. Mix well.
Grill on medium heat, turning regularly to avoid burning.
